About Quincie

My jewelry designs have evolved from a lifetime of creativity and research. They're composed of objects that reflect a life influenced by my studies in Anthropology/Archaeology, I hold a fascination in cultural diversity and how different cultures used vibrant colors to express themselves. I guess this is because I grew up in Hawaii and that is a melting pot of culture. Finally, I always find myself moving towards "found objects" that create a story. Whether it be a collection of lockets, or a flotilla of exotic shells, I love creating a visual dialog that a person can wear.

I make a living doing what I love, and I especially realize that the small things are important. You wake up one day and say to yourself, wow! I’ve created a magical life. I have a passion for what I do, and at the end of the day that’s what sustains the soul.
