Heartbeet Chocolate Cake

Here's the link to the Beet Chocolate Cake that I made for the party. It's gluten free, but you'd never know it. I roasted the beets instead of boiling them. I had more than enough beets, but you can freeze what you don't use, and have it ready for another cake. Also, I only used 1 cup of the sugar and it was perfect.
